Residential Lawn Maintenance

Lawn Maintenance

Per Service (approx. 30-32 cuts per season)

We offer lawn mowing services on a weekly or biweekly basis, tailored to your preference throughout the growing season. Grass height is adjusted to suit seasonal conditions, typically maintained at 3.5 inches. String trimming along walkways, patios, and curbs, and ensuring clippings are cleared from all paved surfaces.

Spring/Fall Clean-Ups

Start and finish the season with a complete landscape clean-up. Includes removing sticks, leaves, and other debris from the property, cutting back all ornamental grasses and perennials, as well as a general clean up around the property.

We offer gutter cleaning services, clearing leaves and debris as required (if applicable). . Please note that this additional service is not included in our standard spring/fall cleanup package. For pricing information, please contact us.

Shrub & Ornamental Tree Trimming

Trimming shrubs, evergreens, and ornamental trees. Maintenance pruning preserves or improves the health and structure of your plants & shrubs. Special care is taken to encourage structural integrity, appearance, safety, and the overall health of your plants & shrubs.

Seasonal Bed Weeding

We will perform weeding of established shrub and flower beds throughout the growing season (April 1st to Oct 31st). Our bed weeding is performed approximately every 14 days to ensure your beds remain free of all unwanted weeds and growth.

Turf Fertilizer & Weed Control Applications

We offer tailored fertilization ( 3-5 Step ) programs designed to provide your landscape with the necessary nutrients for optimal growth, resulting in lush greenery and vibrant blooms.

Mulch Installation

Prep Work & Mulching: Cleaning of weeds and debris from winter, re-defining bed edges, pruning plants & shrubs as seasonally appropriate, and the delivery and spreading of mulch. The proper mulching of your flower, shrubbery, and trees landscape bedding will not only give your property a crisp, clean, and manicured look, but it will also drastically reduce the amount of time spent weeding, watering and fighting pests.

We recommend re-mulching at least every two years with our premium Chocolate mulch, which keeps its color and texture longer to ensure your property looks beautiful. It also encourages plant growth and prevents several weeds from forming in beds without groundcover.
